Loan Repayment

The repayment amount will be the original loan amount plus a 2.5% loan fee. The fee is charged to the full loan amount and is only charged once to the borrower.

Example:

Home purchase price ... $150,000
Madison American Dream loan assistance ... $9,000
2011 loan fee ... 2.5%
Repayment due ... $9,225
