Available IZ Units
In order to purchase or rent an IZ unit,
your annual gross household income must be at or below a predetermined
level.
- All IZ units for purchase must
initially be marketed to households with less than 80% of Area
Median Income (AMI). Some units must be marketed to households with
lower AMI levels. The income level for each available unit is specified in
the table below.
- All IZ rental units must be rented to
households with less than 60% of Area
Median Income (AMI). Some units must be rented to households with lower
AMI levels. The income level for each available unit is specified in the
table below.

Below is a list of affordable units in projects
approved by the Common Council and where the developer has signed either an
Inclusionary Zoning Land Use Restriction Agreement or a financing agreement with
the City of Madison.

Number of bedrooms per unit.

Date marketing period began for these units.
- PRICE:
Sales price (or range) for these units.
