Hi, I am Larry Palm, and I was elected in 2005 as Alder in District 15 on Madison's near Eastside.

Welcome to the City of Madison Common Council Website, and especially the District 15 site. Recently, the Council pages have been revised in an on-going program to enhance all City of Madison web pages. While there is no replacement for person-to-person communication, I believe that websites such as this one can be a warehouse of information for city residents and neighbors.
