Funds will be used to continue with weekly arts and cultural programming for under served minority children and youth throughout the 2004-2005 school year. EMCC’s programs will include weekly art classes featuring experiential “hands-on” multicultural activities; performing arts/cultural excursions; cultural exchanges with other countries.
