| Neighborhood Description: | The Blackhawk Homeowners Association was established in 1997. We are a neighborhood of 485 homes on Madison West side. Known for it's beautiful homes, this neighborhood is a regular part of the Madison Area Builder Association's "Parade of Homes". Pleasant View Golf Course is located just across Blackhawk Road. Blackhawk is also popular with families for its easy access to several schools and more than 40 acres of parks and green space. Middleton-Cross Plains School District serves the area. |
