| Neighborhood Description: | Tamarack Trails Community Services Association was established in 1974 to provide a quality and unique living environment. Tamarack was built in seven phases with a total of 320 homes spread over 50 acres in a mature landscaped environment. Located on Madison's west side Tamarack's amenities include an Olympic size pool, two tennis courts and a centrally located clubhouse. |

| Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: | The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available. |
| Recent Accomplishments: | -Tamarack Trails Long Range Planning Committee conducted a resident survey to determine high priority issues for current residents. One of the outcome of the process was a vision statement for the neighborhood: Tamarack Trails is a vibrant, neighborly, safe community that is well managed and well run (2009). |
