January 1 The assessment date--All property is assessed as it existed on this date
March 1 Last day to file personal property returns.
Last day to file for property exemption.
April 14 Assessment notices mailed to property owners.
First day assessment roll is available for inspection (Open Book)
May 12 Last day to file assessment objections.
May 14 Board of Review commences meetings.
December Tax bills mailed.
January 31 Full payment of taxes due or if paying in installments, due date of first tax installment payment.
