Work is scheduled for July 9 - August 6 on the University Avenue Bike Path (Capitol Ave - Old Middleton Rd). The multi use path on the north side of University Avenue will be closed from Capitol Avenue to the Old Middleton Road bridge. Construction activities will begin on the north side of University Avenue in the areas of Spring Harbor Drive, for construction of the pedestrian underpass, and on the north side of University Avenue at Whitney Way for construction of retaining walls. Pedestrians and bikes will be routed to use the sidewalk on the south side of University Avenue in these areas.

Additionally, the pedestrian path from Whitney Way to Indian Hills Park will be detoured while the retaining wall is constructed. The detour will be Whitney Way to Old Middleton Road to the Old Middleton Road off ramp.
