This mid-day class will focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and building a foundation for a safe yoga practice. Paced for newer students to gain confidence, this class requires students who are able to move from the floor to standing without assistance. Students are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing with a flexible waist band, and to bring their own yoga mat and/or a compact blanket or other supports. Some mats will be available for students without one.
