Activities must help a non-profit community agency address Objective X of the Program Framework. Funds can be applied toward the capitalized costs of a feasibility study, or the project costs of an experimental or project pilot implementation phase.
Funds will be limited to $15,000 per activity and are provided in the form of a one-time grant only for feasibility studies, or for activities which develop a new method or approach to one of the other objectives articulated in the Program Framework.
Funds are available anytime throughout the year, contingent upon availability of funds. Applications are due to the CDBG Office by 4:30pm on the 15th of the month and will be reviewed by the CDBG Commission on the first Thursday of the following month. The Mayor shall determine final approval for all recommended activities.
Applications should be submitted four (4) months prior to the planned activity.
Applications are available from the CDBG Office.
