Eligible Funding Use Requirements

Madison American Dream Downpayment funding will cover the following reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the homebuyer:

Appraisal fee
Credit reports
Title closing fee
Title insurance
Recording fee
Property inspection fee
Lead paint inspection fee
Legal fee
Survey
Flood certification
First mortgage loan origination fee up to the equivalent of one point
