Workshop Notice (PDF format)

The four funding sources — City of Madison Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), City of Madison Office of Community Services, Dane County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Dane County Department of Human Services — have scheduled two workshops to review their funding priorities and the Consolidated Application Form. The deadline for submittal of proposals to the above funders is noon on June 6, 2008.

Both workshops will present identical programs. Additional information and applications for 2009-2010 funds will be available at the workshops and from the following offices, as of April 30th:

Representatives of United Way and Forward Community Investments (formerly The Dane Fund) will also be present to discuss their funding priorities and schedules.

Consolidated application forms will be available in electronic format as of April 30th for direct download below, or by sending an email request to cdbg@cityofmadison.com. A limited number of hard copies will be available at each of the workshops.

United Way of Dane County will be using a similar application format in an online version, seeking application submittal by July 18th. Programs new to United Way of Dane County need to submit a brief Concept Paper by May 9th.
