OTHER PERMITS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED

  • Sidewalk Café Permit: For those who wish to serve food and drinks outside on a public sidewalk. In addition to obtaining a sidewalk café permit, you must also obtain ALRC approval if you wish to serve alcohol in the sidewalk cafe. If not requested during the initial license application, you must obtain a Change of Licensed Premise. Visit: Sidewalk Cafés
  • Conditional Use Permit: For those who wish to serve food and drinks outside on private property. In addition to obtaining a conditional use permit from the Planning/Zoning department, you must also obtain ALRC approval if you wish to serve alcohol in the private outdoor area.
