Milwaukee Paper Endorses High Speed Rail
November 15, 2010 11:51 AM
Yesterday, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ran an excellent editorial on the high speed train issue, their second in as many weeks on the subject. Like the Wisconsin State Journal and the La Crosse Tribune, the Journal Sentinel endorsed Scott Walker for governor in large part because they thought he had a better chance of improving Wisconsin's economy. But since his election, all three papers have pointed out that the train will create jobs here immediately and dramatically improve our state's profile as a high-tech, connected place well into the future.

In that same edition was a brilliantly written op-ed piece by Madison's mayor. You can read that at http://www.jsonline.com/news/opinion/107576338.html.
