Rail Hearing Tuesday Night

December 6, 2010 1:41 PM

The state Department of Transportation is holding the fourth in a series of statewide hearings on high speed rail in Madison on Tuesday night. The hearing will start at 5:00pm, and it will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 4402 East Washington Avenue on the other side of the street from East Towne Mall. Please note the location as it has changed from previous notices.

This is a great opportunity for Madisonians to make their voice heard. Hearings in La Crosse and Fond du Lac were packed with rail supporters, and I hope we can have a huge turnout here.

This isn't nearly over. High speed rail is too important to our entire state to let it get away from us. Your voice can make a big difference.
