GRAND Re-OPENING
Fire Station 1 and Fire Administration Grand Re-Opening
You may have noticed some additional excitement at the Fire Administration Building/Fire Station #1 on West Dayton Street last week. Madison's busiest fire house recently re-opened for business following nearly three years of renovations. The station invited city staff, representatives from Hovde Properties, J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. and members of the public for a tour and refreshments and I joined Alder Mike Verveer and Chief Davis for the official ribbon cutting.

The facility is home to the Madison Fire Department's Lake Rescue Team, Command Staff, the Fire Prevention Division, EMS Training, and other administrative offices.
