BIOGRAPHY
Alderperson Timothy Bruer was elected on May 8, 1984 in a Special Advisory Election. He has won re-election in 1985, 1987, 1989, 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2003, 2005, and 2007. Alderperson Bruer has served as Common Council President for the terms of 1996-1997 and 1998-1999 and currently serves as the President for the 2008-2009 term.. He has also served as Common Council President Pro Tem for 1995-1996 and 2007-2008 terms.
