BIOGRAPHY
Alderperson Mark Clear was elected on April 3, 2007. He was elected to serve as Common Council President Pro Tem for the 2008-2009 term.
Mark is a Madison native and lives in the Parkwood Hills neighborhood with his wife and two daughters.
Professionally, Mark is the CEO of IMS, a Web software company he co-founded in 1995.
Before being elected to the Council, Mark served on the Economic Development Commission and the Chamber of Commerece Small Business Advisory Council. Mark also serves on the board of Accelerate Madison, an organization of IT business professionals.
