Reminder: Hill Farms redevelopment meeting tonight
August 30, 2017 10:32 AM
The Hill Farms Neighborhood Association along with Ald. Martin (D11) and myself are hosting a neighborhood meeting tonight on the redevelopment of the private (non-DOT) portion of the Hill Farms state office property.
Representatives from Summit Smith Development will present their plans for the proposed development, which includes office space, housing, retail, a hotel, restaurants, parking and an outdoor plaza. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and provide input to the developer.
You can review preliminary concept plans submitted by the developer here.
August 30, 2017, 7:00 PM
