Two University Crossing meetings this week

Two upcoming meetings on University Crossing this week:

  • Common Council, public hearing on rezoning, 6:30 pm, room 201 City-County Building. This is the last major approval step for the project.
  • Urban Design Commission, final approval, 4:30 pm, room LL-110 Municipal Building. This is the last design review of the general development plan (GDP) and the specific implementation plan (SIP) for building one, the UW Health digestive health clinic.

Still to be scheduled is the Joint Review Board meeting on the creation of the TIF district.

Also scheduled for Tuesday is a meeting of the Water Utility's Water Quality Technical Advisory Committee, which will be reviewing the proposed groundwater monitoring plan for University Crossing.
