Open House/ Public Workshop for Madison in Motion: Sustainable Madison Transportation Master Plan

July 2, 2014 4:00 PM

The following message is from the City of Madison's Transportation Planner, David Trowbridge.  I encourage you to go if you are interested in and have ideas about transportation in Madison.

You are Invited to an Open House/ Public Workshop for Madison in Motion: Sustainable Madison Transportation Master Plan

Do you have ideas about:

How to improve Madison's streets and roadways?

Where future bike paths should be? How to improve walking conditions?

How Madison can build new neighborhoods, new commercial areas and increase its tax base?

How to make our public transit system faster, more comfortable and convenient?

If so, the City of Madison invites you to join a design workshop for our Madison in Motion (the City's Transportation Master Plan). This is a place to share ideas for how Madison can address its current and future transportation needs and is open to the public.

Come share your ideas and interact with our team of engineers, planners and urban designers. We will have maps, data and imagery, and we're ready to work with you to plan a better Madison.
