FIRST SETTLEMENT NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT 149 E. WILSON STREET
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2013 - 7:00 P.M.
MONONA TERRACE COMMUNITY AND CONVENTION CENTER - 1 JOHN NOLEN DRIVE

Please join us to discuss a proposal by McGrath Property Group and Inventure Capital to demolish the vacant building at 149 E. Wilson Street that formerly housed offices for the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections and construct a new 14-story, mixed-use development.  The proposal would include 9,130 square feet of commercial space, 127 market rate apartments and 129 parking stalls.  The commercial frontage/entry and a "hotel-style" lobby would be on E. Wilson Street, and the commercial space would have an outdoor terrace on the Lake Monona side of the building.  The residential units would be constructed over the commercial/lobby level and would contain units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.  Construction would begin in February 2014, with a completion date of June 1, 2015.

We look forward to seeing you on the 12th.  For more information, please contact:
