12/5/13 Neighborhood Meeting: Development Proposal - 901 E. Washington Avenue

November 26, 2013 2:07 PM

Please join Ald. Marsha Rummel and Ald. Ledell Zellers for a neighborhood meeting where they will discuss Curt Brink's proposal for 901 E. Washington Avenue.

Thursday, December 5, 2013 - 6:30 p.m.
945 E. Washington Avenue (enter from rear parking lot)

An existing five-story building, the Klueter Grocery Warehouse, is located at the corner of E. Washington Avenue and S. Paterson Street.  The development would include the demolition of the attached one-story metal building to allow for the construction of a five-story addition.  Three other buildings on the site (905, 925 and 939 E. Washington Avenue) would be demolished to allow for 129 stalls of on-site parking and future development.  The proposal will be at the Urban Design Commission on December 18 for an informational presentation.
