Alder Rummel’s Updates

Meeting: June 5, 2014 - Redevelopment of 2158 Atwood Avenue

May 23, 2014 8:45 AM

Dear Neighbor,

Prime Urban Properties and Knothe & Bruce Architects propose to redevelop the property at 2158 Atwood Avenue.  They would demolish the existing two-story office building and construct a four-story, mixed-use building.  The new building would have approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor with approximately 32 apartments on the three upper floors.  There would be 40 enclosed parking stalls.  While no rezoning is required, the project would require a conditional use permit due to the overall size and height of the building.  Please join me for a neighborhood meeting where we will learn more about this proposal.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
