Maron and Markos Regassa, the owners of Buraka LLC , seek a Class B combo beer and liquor license at 1210 Williamson (the former home of Jolly Bob's).  They propose to construct a new deck attached to the back of the building, use the existing rear outdoor patio and add three tables to the front of the building.  They would like to have outdoor service until 11:00 p.m. on Williamson and 10:00 p.m. in the rear patio/deck and would like to keep the restaurant open until 2:00 a.m.  The proposed ratio is 30% alcohol and 65% food/other.
