Proposed Development at the Corner of State and N. Frances Streets
Monday, April 29, 2013
7:00 p.m.
Pyle Center, Room 325, 702 Langdon Street

Please join me to discuss a proposal by the Mullins Group and Core Campus of Chicago to demolish the University Inn at 441 N. Frances Street, a four-unit apartment building at 431 N. Frances Street, a commercial building at 529 State Street and a large surface parking lot and construct a 12-story mixed use building.  The proposed building would be from one to four stories on State Street and would gradually step back to 12 stories.  It would include 200-300 apartments, retail space, office space and 150-200 above-ground parking spaces in a structure at the center of the development.
