Announcement: Application Due Date Extension and Error in Application

The City of Madison Community Development Division 2014 Application deadline for
Currently Funded Neighborhood Centers and Gardens has been extended to
12:00 Noon, Monday June 17, 2013.
Please be aware that late applications will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

Additionally, Neighborhood Center applicants should disregard questions #20 ( Cost Allocation Plan) and #21 (Program Activities) in the PROGRAM tabs of the 2014 Application. If you are applying as a Neighborhood Center these two questions in every program tab  can be left blank.  We inadvertently added the two questions to the program tabs when they should have only been included in the Center Support and Gardens tabs. If you are applying as a Gardens Program you should respond to these questions.
