CDD Summer Funding Process

The Common Council approved the Community Development Division 2015 Proposed  Funding Process for the 2016 Budget  on June 16, 2015.  The City of Madison Community Development Division have published applications on this site for  a focused request for proposals process on Senior Adult and Crisis Support Services. Additionally, CDD published Intent to Continue applications for programs currently funded under CDD Community Resources funds that are not Adult Senior and Crisis Support programs.  Agency contracts that were the subject of a CDBG funding process undertaken in the summer of 2014, need not fill out an Intent to Continue Application.   The City will honor commitments made in 2014 CDBG Funding Process for 2015/2016.
If you are considering applying for Community Development funding for Senior and/or Crisis Support Services or are currently receiving CDD Community Resources funding, please register to attend a Funding Process Workshop.  The workshop will review the funding process, application and timeline.  We are offering one session for the Senior Adult and Crisis Support Services application, and two session choices for those completing the Intent to Continue application.  
Intent to Continue Applications:   Wednesday, June 24 from 9-11 am 
                                                    Wednesday, June 24 from 1:30-3:30 pm
(Both intent to continue application sessions will be identical, it is only necessary to attend one session)
Senior and Crisis Support Applicants:  Monday, June 22 from 1:30-3:30 pm

All agencies applying for any funds in the Senior Adult or Crisis Support Services should attend this workshop. Do not attend this workshop if you are not applying for funds in these areas. Following the presentation on the Senior Adult and Crisis Support Services, there will be a brief presentation on the Intent to Continue application for those agencies that also receive funding in Youth, Access to Resources, Children and Families, Adult Workforce and Employment, and Neighborhoods.

All workshops will be at the Villager Mall-The Atrium Lower Level, 2300 S. Park Street.
