Previous Language in RFP Guidelines:

1.5  Funds Available – Draft Allocation Plan (Subject to Change)

It is expected that up to $107,000 will be available for allocation and that 2-3 awards will be made for $30,000-$60,000 for use in 2019. If applicants can begin programming by Oct 1, 2018, additional funds may be awarded to support work undertaken in 4th quarter 2018. All programs must conclude by December 31, 2019.

Contract Agreements

Funded projects may start as early as October 1, 2018 and must conclude by December 31, 2019. Organizations awarded Community Building and Engagement Funds should not assume funding will continue beyond December 31, 2019. 1.5  Funds Available - Draft Allocation Plan (Updated 6/28/18)

Funds Available: It is expected that up to $107,000 will be available for allocation and use in 2019 and that 2-3 awards will be made for $30,000-$60,000. If applicants are in a position to begin programming prior to January 1, 2019, additional funds (beyond the recommended $30,000- $60,000 available to 2-3 programs in 2019) may be allocated to support work undertaken and expenses incurred between Oct.1 and Dec, 31, 2018. Applicants offered funding in 2018 might expect to receive up to 25% (an amount equivalent to one quarters worth) of the 2019 program budget amount. A specific budget for 2018 funds must be proposed within the application for these funds.  All funds allocated are considered reimbursement for expenses incurred (as approved) related to the program outlined in the resultant city contract.  Allocated funds must be expended during the year for which they are allocated. Neither 2018 nor 2019 allocated funds will be allowed to "carry over" into the next year. All funded programs must conclude by December 31, 2019.
