High Point - Raymond Neighborhood Development Plan

In late 2016, the City of Madison began a process to update the land use and transportation recommendations for the undeveloped portions of the High Point-Raymond Neighborhood Development Plan area.  The Plan, originally adopted in 1997, covers approximately 1,400 acres generally bounded by CTH PD, CTH M, the Valley View Road roundabout and High Point Road/Elver Park.
