Proposed Junction Neighborhood Development Plan Amendment


An amendment to the Junction Neighborhood Development Plan has been proposed to modify the land use recommendation for an approximately 4.5-acre property located at 518-542 Junction Road. The Proposed amendment would change the recommended land use for the property from "Office" to a "Community Mixed-Use" district to accommodate a proposed mixed-use project. Preliminary plans for the site include approximately 200 apartments and 4,00 square feet of commercial uses.
