Rattman Neighborhood Development Plan

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Rattman Neighborhood Development Plan Update

The City of Madison has initiated a process to update portions of the Rattman and Pumpkin Hollow Neighborhood Development Plans (Plan).  The Plan covers 1,385 acres generally bounded by Hoepker Road, Interstate 39/90/94 and US Highway 151.  The project will update the land use and transportation recommendations for the undeveloped portions of the area.

A public meeting for this project will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at American Family Insurance Headquarters, 6000 American Parkway, Madison, WI. The meeting will be held in Building A, Room A2141. The meeting will include a brief staff presentation at 7:00 pm on background information and draft plan.  The primary purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for property owners and residents to ask questions and provide input on the draft plan.

This notice was sent to all property owners and residents located within the Plan area.  Due to the large number of properties, this is the only mailed notice that you will receive for this project.  Please visit the project website to sign up for email updates, see the draft plan materials, and detailed directions to the meeting location.

If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Greger, City Planner at (608) 243-0181 or jgreger@cityofmadison.com.
