2013 NEW SUPERVISOR ORIENTATION

Presented by Tresa Martinez, EAP-CISM; Rodney Wilson, Madison Police Department; Gregory Leifer and Erin Stenson, Labor Relations, Human Resources; Lucia Nunez, Department of Civil Rights; Patricia Lauten, City Attorney's Office; Michael Lipski, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources; Sherry Severson, Accommodations, Human Resources; Jennifer Cannady, Worker’s Compensation Group; Eric Veum, Risk Management, Finance and David Rihn, Safety, Finance.

Basic mandatory orientation for new supervisors to labor relations, specific APMs and supervisory responsibilities. Attendees should be newly hired, appointed supervisors or supervisors who have not already completed these sessions.

All supervisors and managers must attend one date from each of the eleven sessions below to complete the mandatory session courses.
