This project extends from Valley View Road to 2500′ North of County Trunk Highway PD. This project is scheduled for design from 2011-2015 and construction in 2016. The project includes reconstructing CTH M to divided roadway with a median and curb & gutter. The intersection design of CTH M and Midtown Road includes proposed alternatives with a standard traffic signal and a roundabout.
