Construction Meetings for all businesses and residents will be held throughout the projects.  Below are the upcoming meeting dates, time & locations:

5/23 - 9:00am - Cosi Restraurant - 250 State Street

6/6 - 9:00am - Cosi Restraurant - 250 State Street

6/20 - 9:00am - Cosi Restraurant - 250 State Street  

This area includes three separate projects on N. Frances St., W. Gorham St., and N. Henry St.  The individual projects include the following elements:

• N. Frances St. –Water main, street lighting, tree installation, pavement replacement, curb & gutter and sidewalk as necessary
• W. Gorham St. – Street lighting, tree installation and sidewalk as necessary
• N. Henry St. – Sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, pavement, street lighting, tree installation, curb & gutter and sidewalk as necessary
• W. Lakelawn Pl. - Sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, pavement, street lighting, curb & gutter and sidewalk as necessary

• N. Frances St. from University Ave. to State St. will be open to full traffic.  The parking lanes will be removed for the length of the phase (3 weeks - start TBD).
• N. Frances St. from State St. to the North End will be closed with local access only.  Parking will be removed for the length of the project.
• W. Gorham St. from State St. to N. Henry St. will be open to one way traffic southwest bound.  Parking will be removed for the length of the project.
• N. Henry St. from State St. to W. Gorham St. will be closed.  Parking will be removed for the length of the project.
• Buckeye Parking lot will be open at all times. 
• W. Lakelawn Pl. from Langdon St. to the N. end will be closed with local access only.

The projects will begin May 21 and are scheduled to be complete in mid-August.
