| 4. Individual orthos are available in COT, TIF, and Mr Sid formats only. Price includes world files for those formats requiring them. |

Custom digital mapping includes but is not limited to any digital map requiring cropping, translating into another format, compiling special maps, etc. Translation into other formats is limited to those formats available in the current version of Microstation being used by the City of Madison. |
| 6. All digital mapping files are in State Plane Coordinate System (NAD27) only. |
| 7. All requests for digital or printed information will be handled within 7 to 10 working days. Orders for licensed data sets do not command priority over other projects or work demands of the City Engineering Division. Requesters are advised that significant delays may occur due to scheduling restraints and orders will be filled within normal operational hours of the City Engineering Division. Requesters are encouraged to order early. |
