The City plans to reconstruct the 700/800 Blocks of State Street in 2014. The two blocks will undergo complete reconstruction including concrete sidewalk, lighting, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main improvements. Construction is planned to begin May 19, 2014. The City held a public information meeting on April 23, 2013 regarding this project. There was a presentation and breakout sessions for public to provide input on the project.
