The University Avenue Corridor will be undergoing various states of reconstruction from Hill Street to State Street. The project is scheduled for the spring and summer of 2009. The pavement throughout this corridor is rated in very poor condition. While the pavement is being repaired, the City will be repairing many sewer and water pipes under the ground that date back to the late 1800's and early 1900's. The project is scheduled to be finished by September 2009.
