Q: I am having problems using this system to buy a ski permit. What do I do?

Q: Where is a ski permit necessary?
A: Ski permits are necessary at Odana Golf Course and Elver Park in the City of Madison. The Permit is also accepted at Dane County Parks with cross country skiing.

Q: What type of permit can I purchase on-line?
A: Only annual permits can be purchased on-line. Daily permits can be purchased at Odana Golf Course and Elver Park.

Q: When does my ski permit expire?
A: Ski permits are good for the winter season, beginning with the first snow of the year and ending the following spring.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the permit?
A: Please allow up to ten days for delivery of certificates via USPS first class from our office.
