OVERTURE CENTER GIFT CERTIFICATE
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I am having problems using this system to buy a certificate. What do I do?
A: Contact ePayment Center
Q: What amount can I purchase?
A: Gift certificates may be purchased in any whole dollar amount up to $999.
Q: Do gift certificates expire?
A: Gift certificates are good for one year from date of issue.
Q: What if I don't use the full value of the certificate?
A: Certificates that are redeemed for an amount less than their face value will have the balance returned in the form of another gift certificate.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the certificate?
A: Please allow up to ten days for delivery of certificates via USPS first class from our ticket office.
Q: What can gift certificates be used for?
A: They may be redeemed only at the Overture Center ticket office and are good for any performance, including tenant and promoter events. They may not be used toward the purchase of a season subscription for our tenants.
Q: Is there a service fee for using the manual system?
A: Yes, the same $3 service fee is applied. No additional fees are assessed for online payments.
