Q: How can I find my outstanding tickets?
A: Use our online Parking Ticket Look-up or call Madison Police Department Court Services at 266-4170.

Q: My registration has been suspended. How long will it take to process my ticket?
A: If your registration has been suspended, be aware that payments made online may take up to three days to apply against your outstanding ticket balance. If your license plate registration has been suspended due to the previous nonpayment of your ticket, it can take 7 to 10 business days from the date you make your online payment for the Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles to clear the suspension.

Q: My parking ticket number begins with "M" Why can't I see an M in the list of letters in the "First letter of ticket number" field?
A: Tickets that begin with an "M" are not parking tickets, but rather "failure to pay" violations issued by the Madison Parking Utility in city ramps. These are subject to different collection procedures. As a result, they cannot be paid online.
