FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I am having problems using this system to buy a certificate. What do I do?
A: Contact ePayment Center

Q: What amount can I purchase?
A: Gift certificates may be purchased in $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $50.00, and $100.00 dollar increments.

Q: Do gift certificates expire?
A: Yes. Gift certificates are good for one year from date of issue.

Q: What if I don't use the full value of the certificate?
A: Certificates that are redeemed for an amount less than their face value will have the balance returned in the form of cash.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the certificate?
A: Please allow up to ten days for delivery of certificates via USPS first class from our office. For an additional fee, permits can be delivered via overnight service.

Q: What can gift certificates be used for?
A: They may be redeemed for cross country skiing, dog permits, golf fees, lake access fees, boat storage fees, shelter reservations, at Irwin & Robert Goodman Swimming Pool and at Warner Park Community Recreations Center. To see current fees, please refer to the Parks Home Page.
