About Division Chief Richard Kinkade
Richard Kinkade was hired by the Madison Fire Department on January 28, 1991. Prior to that he was a member of the Janesville Fire Department for 10 1/2 years. With the Janesville Fire Department he was a Firefighter/Paramedic, motor pump operator and a trainer.
While in Madison, Kinkade has been a member of the water rescue team and the initial tech rescue team. He served as a Firefighter/Paramedic for 15 years and was promoted in January 2000 to Lieutenant. He was promoted to Division Chief overseeing Logistics and Medical Affairs in February of 2010.
