Housing Programs The
Community Development Authority (CDA) Housing Operations Division works in
conjunction with the City of Madison as the lead public entity in greater
Madison, offering HUD low-income subsidized housing within the City of Madison
limits.The Community Development Authority owns and operates nearly 766 units of Public Housing for families, seniors and people with disabilities. CDA administers the Housing Choice Voucher program ("Section 8 housing"), the federal housing subsidy voucher program. CDA also offers Multifamily Housing, barrier-free units for physically disabled people with special needs, the elderly, and families. |
