Cancellations are only accepted until October 3, 2008. Cancellations made after that date will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation. 
A one-time-only adjustment of up to 15% of the total seats may be made up until 10 weeks prior to the performance.

Please be sure to "refresh" your browser before completing this form.

If the show you want is SOLD OUT, you may want to check back periodically.  Sometimes seats are released or second shows are added.

  • That cancellations are only accepted until Oct 3, 2008 or ten weeks prior to performance, which ever comes first. Late cancellations will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the reservation. A one-time-only adjustment of up to 15% may be made up to 10 weeks prior to performance.
  • That the school/group guarantees payment.
  • That this agreement is binding under all circumstances except the following, in which case a refund will be made:
         -  Overture Center's cancellation or postponement of the performance
         -  Closure of the school on the day of the performance by the district supervisor
