FREE VACANCY LISTING

The Section 8 office, of the Community Development Authority (CDA) of the City of Madison, maintains free monthly listing of available units for nearly 1,000 Section 8 clients.  Landlords who either have, or know that they will have a vacancy may list the apartment for free by returning this form to the Section 8 office, or by contacting the Marketing Outreach Coordinator at (608) 267-8701.

Section 8 clients are families, elderly, and people with disabilities who qualify for the program because of low income.  With the help of Section 8 funding, our clients are able to lease apartments of higher quality than they could otherwise afford, and thus significantly improve their quality of life.  Leasing to a Section 8 client is a no cost way to serve your community and its disadvantaged citizens.  Please list your vacancy by calling, faxing, or filling out this form and returning it to:
