Take control of your energy use today! The Green Madison program is open to eligible City of Madison homeowners interested in participating in the Green Madison program, complete and submit the Residential Application Form. If your property is owned by a businesses (LLC, corporation, etc.), you must fill out a Commercial Project Interest Form instead.
Instructions for completing and emailing the Residential Application Form:
For best results, it is recommended that you save this MS Word file to your local computer before you begin filling out the application.
- To save your copy, select File, Save As, and save the file to a location on your computer (Desktop).
- Open the saved copy from your computer and complete the application. Save again.
- Attach your completed application to an email and send to greenmadison@cityofmadison.com.
