· Develop one form and one process for all billing. Recommend processing of bills by one company that has experience and an excellent track record.
· People who get to the DDS but have no MA or dental insurance and have no resources to pay for dental expenses. Where and how do we direct them to get help.
· Dental Services - Allow for tax deductions for donated dental services.
· Dental Coding - MA should correspond with ADA codes. Allows for easier paperwork for dental offices.

· "We put all our eggs in one basket:-- i.e., 75% reimbursement for dentists – if this doesn’t happen what do we do?
· also is there a guarantee that dentists will see patients if MA rate increases; track record has not been good.
· AHEC would like to discuss what is happening in La Crosse.
