Where to go for immunizations by City of Madison and Dane County Public Health

What Services Are Offered? (Español)

Immunizations for Children Through Age 18:

  • Polio
  • Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTaP) and (Tdap)
  • Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td)
  • Haemophilus b (Hib)
  • Human Papiloma Virus (HPV)*
  • Rotavirus
  • Meningococcal
  • Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV) to age 5
  • Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR)
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hepatitis A
  • Varicella (chickenpox) 
  • Influenza
  • Pneumococcal polysaccharide (PPV23) for children 2 yrs of age and older with certain chronic illnesses, appointment required.

*HPV is for females only.

Immunizations for Adults:

Who May Attend?

  • City of Madison residents of all ages
  • Children under 18 years old must bring a parent or legal guardian.
  • Free or low cost

Are Appointments Needed?

  • No appointments except as noted
  • Bring all immunization records to clinic
  • Call if an interpreter or accommodations for a disability are needed or for other questions 246-4516
