What Services are Offered?

Services are FREE except as noted.

  • Tetanus-diphtheria (Td) immunization for adults
  • Pneumococcal pneumonia vaccine for persons 65 years and older or persons with certain chronic illnesses ($10.00)
  • TB skin testing for people exposed to tuberculosis
  • TB skin testing for school entry, volunteer work or employment ($10.00)
  • TB medication management
  • Hepatitis testing in certain circumstances
  • Hepatitis A and B vaccines for persons in certain high risk groups
  • Other communicable disease services.

Who May Attend?
City of Madison Residents; all ages
