Each October – November, employees will have the opportunity to participate in open enrollment. Changes made during open enrollment are effective January 1st of the following year.
To save paper, we encourage employees to use this site for reference rather than printing this material. Flex Spending and Delta Dental forms are the only items that need to be printed and returned to Human Resources.
Flexible Spending Open Enrollment for the 2018 plan year is November 6, 2017 – November 22, 2017. To continue coverage, a new enrollment form must be completed each year.

Health and Dental Open Enrollment for the 2018 calendar year is October 2, 2017 – October 27, 2017. During this time, employees may enroll in health and dental insurance for the upcoming plan year, change carriers, or change between single and family plans.

2018 Health Insurance Premium Rates
Due to a change in Employee Trust Funds’ billing practices, no health insurance premiums will be collected through payroll deduction in December 2017. Beginning with January 2018 health insurance coverage, premiums will be collected via payroll deduction for the month of coverage, rather than premiums being collected for the following month’s coverage, as is current practice.
